Taking Care of Those Who Take of Us

THE TRUE BLUE FOUNDATION

True Blue members and donors at the SAVA Soiree in 2015. This is SAVA's main event where we are lucky enough to give our major donations.
Shown in picture from left to right. Earl Griebler, Melissa Grogan, Connor Grogan, Sean Grogan, Mason Smith, Miguel LaLond, Randy Ketner, and Josh Braun, all contributing members of the True Blue Foundation.

Sean Grogan - President

Mason Smith was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado. He made the major migration to Colorado State University in 2009 and hasn’t left Fort Collins since. During the day he works as a Project Manager for All Phase Restoration repairing houses all over Colorado and Wyoming. Mason has officiated for 11 years ranging from collegiate baseball to JAA football. He is a firm believer that character developed on the field translates to the character of your life. Mason is a large supporter of CSU. When not working, officiating, or campaigning for True Blue he can be seen (hopefully not found) golfing, fishing, camping, and hunting.

Rob Montoya - Treasurer/Media Mogul

Randy and Josh were some of our largest contributors in 2015. Most of their funds came through donations from tournaments and games worked throughout the 2015 baseball season. They are both involved in True Blue and our success would not be possible without them, so we like to give them recognition.

Sean Grogan has been officiating since 1988.  Since that time, he has officiated baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, and softball at levels ranging from youth leagues to NCAA (Div 2).  In addition to officiating, Sean works for the Larimer County Division of Criminal Justice as the Coordinator of Field Training and Professional Development.  Married to Melissa for 23 years, Sean loves spending time with his family, including children Connor (23) and Katy (18).  When not at work or on the field, you can be pretty certain you’ll find Sean hacking away at an area golf course.  Sean’s deep sense of community responsibility led him to found True Blue in 2013, supporting the Northern Colorado communities in which we all work, play, and live.
